Acceptance of these terms and conditions

Only the present sales conditions apply to sales agreements concluded by CAMA PLAYGROUNDS BV, unless any deviation is expressly permitted in writing.

Consequently, the buyer automatically agrees to these conditions and thereby waives their own special or general conditions. Any deviations previously allowed

are not automatically extended unless expressly agreed to in writing by CAMA PLAYGROUNDS BV.

Payment Terms

Our invoices are payable at the registered office. The due date is set at 7 days after the invoice date, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Amounts not paid

on the due date shall automatically incur late-payment interest by operation of law.

For consumers, this interest shall be calculated in accordance with the statutory interest rate and shall begin after a period of 14 calendar days has elapsed

following a first (free of charge) formal notice of default, without payment of the amounts due.

For businesses, late-payment interest is payable without prior notice of default. This interest shall be calculated in accordance with the Belgian Law of 2 August

2002 concerning the combating of late payment in commercial transactions.

In addition, a fixed compensation fee shall be due as follows:

€20 if the outstanding balance is less than or equal to €150;

€30 plus 10% of the amount due on the portion between €150.01 and €500 if the outstanding balance is between €150.01 and €500;

€65 plus 5% of the amount due on the portion exceeding €500, with a maximum of €2,000, if the outstanding balance exceeds €500;

all without prejudice to any legal and enforcement costs.

CAMA PLAYGROUNDS BV reserves the right to deliver goods only against advance payment or subject to a guarantee.

Complaints

Payment may not be wholly or partially postponed because of a complaint. To be valid, any invoice dispute must be received within 7 days after the invoice date

by registered mail at the registered office of CAMA PLAYGROUNDS BV. After this period has expired, no complaints will be accepted. Payment may not be

wholly or partially postponed because of a complaint.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Only Belgian law shall apply in the event of a dispute. All disputes fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp. CAMA PLAYGROUNDS BV

may voluntarily waive this provision.
